Editing, deactivating or deleting an existing customer
To open all customer options available for editing:
From the topmost menu in XTM cloud click on Customers.
Then click on the Customer List tab.
Double-click the Customer Name.
To edit a specific User option:
From the topmost menu in XTM cloud click on Customers.
Then click on the Customer List tab.
Find the customer and click on the icon located beside their customer name.
Select the Customer option to edit from the menu that appears.
To deactivate or delete:
From the topmost menu in XTM cloud click on Customers.
Then click on the Customer List tab.
Find the customer and click on the icon located beside their customer name.
Select Action from the menu that appears.
Select the option to deactivate, or delete .
