Track project due date information within XTM using the project list.

Note

This method can check progress down to the project and language level, but not the file level. More detailed reports can be obtained via project Actions.

  1. Open the project list by clicking on the Projects tab on the topmost menu in XTM Cloud.

  2. Select the following columns to display from the columns drop-down located on the far right-hand side.

    1. Time due (selected by default):

      Note

      If the due dates are not shown then have a Project Manager enter them using this procedure for a single project or this procedure for multiple projects.

      1. The project due date.

    2. Max target language status:

      1. The language closest to completion. This is based on the latest workflow step which is active. The data in this column will show the language and workflow step.

        Important

        The value is based on all files in a project and is not segmented down to the file.

    3. Min target language status:

      1. The language furthest from completion. This is based on the earliest workflow step which is active. The data in this column will show the language and workflow step.

        Important

        The value is based on all files in a project and is not segmented down to the file.

    4. Remaining WWC:

      1. The remaining WWC for the entire project. Divide this by the Total WWC to get a completion rate.

    5. Total WWC:

      1. The total WWC for the entire project.

  3. From the far right-hand side choose the following filters:

    1. All overdue projects

    2. All overdue steps

  4. More filters can be added to the project list by clicking on the Advanced Search tab.
