Administrator messages
Tip
These messages are created by Administrators using the procedure indicated here.
These announcements/messages, when added, pop up and appear each time users log in to XTM Cloud or Workbench.
Messages can:
Have an expiration date and time.
Automatically appear on server shutdown (for on-prem installations).
Appear to all users for a particular role or combination of roles, or all users in the system.
Tip
This is ideal to show any system-wide announcements (like downtimes, updates, procedural changes, etc).
