Assign language combinations to users
Edit the user by selecting the language option.
Click on the green plus sign located at the top and beside the Add Languages option.,
From the ensuing popup select the source language from the left-hand side list, and click the green arrow button to move it to the right-hand side list.
Tip
If the source and target languages required are not in the lists then contact your Administrator and have them add the languages to the system-wide language combinations , using the instructions indicated here.

Selecting Multiple List Box Items
Double-clicking on an item moves that item to the next box.
For Windows, hold the ctrl key down to select multiple items one at a time, or hold the shift key down to select multiple sequential items.
On a Mac, hold the shift key down to select multiple sequential items.
Click the Save button.
