Changing and adding all due dates for a single project.
Tip
This method uses the Project List and is more flexible as it can change all due dates down to the file, language, and workflow step level.
Open the project editor General info tab for a given project using this procedure.
Scroll down to the middle of the screen and enter the Delivery due date.
Note
The delivery due date is the same as the project due date. Both terms are used interchangeably.
Just to the top enter the workflow due date.
A couple of items down decide whether to uncheck the Auto-calculate due dates for workflow steps checkbox. This decides whether workflow step due dates will be manually entered or auto-calculated based on the workflow due date.
Tip
The default value for this setting can be configured globally by an Administrator using this procedure.
Any global setting can be overwritten in the project editor by a Project Manager.
Follow this procedure to enter workflow step due dates if the Auto-calculate due dates for workflow steps checkbox is checked, or this procedure if this box is unchecked.

Procedure for manually entering workflow step due dates in each step of the workflow
Note
This procedure can change the individual due date per language(s) and per file for a given workflow.
Edit the project using this procedure and open the General tab from the left-hand side menu.
Uncheck the Auto-calculate due dates for workflow steps box. Scroll to the bottom and click save.
From the left-hand side menu, click on the Workflow tab.
If changing due dates for a particular language then add a filter per language by either:
Clicking on the language name in the Workflow Management section.
Select the language from the Language dropdown just below the Edit Workflow button located near the top left hand side.
Note
This option allows you to add or edit due dates for multiple languages simultaneously.
Proceed to step 7.
If changing due dates for a particular file then perform the following steps:
Click on the menu icon beside the file name in the Workflow Management section.
Click on the Change workflow / due dates option located near the bottom.
Proceed to step 7.
From the top click on the Edit Workflow button.
For each step, click the Due Date box and select a due date for the step.
Scroll to the bottom and click Update.

In this case, XTM automatically calculates the due dates for each workflow step.

From the top click on the Edit Workflow button.
For each step, click the pencil beside the Percentage of whole workflow duration box. Enter the percentage of time that each step takes.
In the final step click on the Due Date box and select the due date for the entire workflow.
Note
At this point, XTM will calculate the due date for each step based on the percentage entered for each step and the final due date.
